HOW WE TELL THE STORY
Art illuminates history.
It does not replace it.
Identified artworks
A title, attribution, period and source. Museum discoveries are not presented as products already on sale.
Multiple perspectives
Documented history, religious narratives and the perspectives of traditions are distinguished without deciding which belief is the right one.
Authorised images
We seek Open Access images with their rights records, not simply files found through a search engine.
EXPANDING THE JOURNEY
The research continues.
The aim is to introduce further traditions with their own narratives and appropriate works. These histories are not yet ready for publication.
